Hi Again.
I have a visa Non-O one year that expire 24 July, with re-entry stamp in my old passport.
Because short of time i couldn't extend my visa in Thailand so I had to apply for a new Non-O visa in in my new passport.
My account told me I have to enter Thailand after 24 July to get my 90 days because I have a re-entry until 24 July but that is in my old passport.
That doesn't sound right to me because I enter on my new passport with new Visa.
Or do my re-entry is in the computer system so they follow that?
How to do wait or go?
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquires about the validity of their Non-O visa and re-entry permit when switching to a new passport. They face a timeline where their re-entry permit expires on July 24, but their new Non-O visa is in their new passport. They seek clarification on whether they need to wait until their re-entry permit expires to enter Thailand or if they can use their new visa immediately. A comment indicates that the extension and re-entry are linked in the immigration database, suggesting that they should consult an immigration officer to clarify their situation.
