TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is facing an issue with the online 90-day reporting system in Thailand after changing their passport. The online system does not accept the new passport number, and there seems to be no option to update stored information. Comments suggest that the first 90-day report must be done in person to update the database and ensure future online submissions can be processed smoothly.

Same here. Will do it in person on Monday. After that, it should work online again as per usual.

You’ll probably find you need to do one report in person for the database system to update.

First 90 day must be done in person at immi. New passport is the same thing.
