I have tried yesterday and today to do the 90 day reporting online and have not got passed the first page, I have done 90 day report online with old passport when it was valid before. I have been to immigration before with new passport and also done a 90 day report in person with the new passport, which would mean it is in the system ok. Can anyone advise what the problem/solution could be, thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing difficulties completing their 90-day reporting online after switching to a new passport, despite having successfully reported in the past. Comments suggest that online reporting with a new passport is only possible after exiting the country and re-entering to receive a new arrival date and TM6 card number. Users also note that reporting must occur within the 15 to 7 days window before the due date.

That is the ONLY way to start using the online 90 day system again once you switch passports INSIDE the country. There is no work around, there is no fix other than exiting and re-entering.

Is it between 15 and 7 days before the due date of your report? If not, that explains why the site doesn't work.

you are mistaken thinking that just because you went and got the stamps transferred into your new passport AND done a 90 day report in person with the new passport that you can use the online system again. You can't do it with a new passport until you exit/re-enter the country and get a NEW arrival date and a new TM6 arrival/departure card number
