Why was my 90 days online report rejected after changing my passport?

Hi. I m trying to report my 90 days online (which I have done successfully several times). Now my personal info seems rejected. Could it be because this time I report with a new passport - even though that new passport was already reported to immigration for transfer of my retirement visa into new passport?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The rejection of your 90 days online report may be due to the recent change of your passport. Even though you had your retirement visa transferred to the new passport, experts suggest that you must perform a new 90-day reporting in person to ensure that your new passport number is correctly entered into the immigration database. It's also important to check if your address registration in the database was updated during the transfer process.

Once you change passports you have to go and do a NEW 90 day report in person to get into the 90 day reporting data base. Just because you went and had your stamps transferred doesn't put your new passport number in the 90 day reporting system, :/

, If you live in Bangkok, do your 90 day reporting there and went and got your stamps transferred there too, yep that's where you go..

Could be, when you transfered your Extension of Stay based on being over 50 years of age, you also asked to update the database with your address registration?
