TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual has obtained a retirement visa and is unsure whether to report to the immigration office in Khon Kaen (where the visa was issued) or in Buriram (where they reside). The consensus from various comments is that, since the individual is registered in Buriram, they should report there. Several commenters confirm that reporting should be at the local immigration office matching the registered address or can be done online after the initial in-person reporting.

After that can be done online

Report on line then it doesn't matter where you are.

You always belong to the immigration office where you registered. Even when you do it online.

You do it at the location where you have a TM30 filed

You do it at the immigration office closest to where your current TM30 lists your address as. Wherever you moved to a new TM30 was supposed to be filed within 24 hours of you moving in.

Your registered adress is Buriram, so you have to do it in Buriram or online

You must go to your local immigration office, the one in the province where your address is registered.

Try Buriram. If that doesn’t work you’ll have to make your way to Khon Kaen…
