90 Day Report. I made my retirement visa in Chonburi, but now live in Bangkok. I have to do the 90-day report for the first time, can I do it in Bangkok, or do I have to go to Chonburi?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you registered your address at Bangkok Immigration after moving, you can file your 90-day report there. However, if your retirement visa was obtained via an agency in Chonburi and you didn't file personally, you need to consult with the agency for guidance.

The real question is;

When you lived in Jomtien, did you GO and file your paperwork for your "retirement visa" at the immigration office there on your own (meaning you showed up at the office with the proof of funds, the documentation, the application etc) and they stamped the year extension into your passport while you sat there for 1900baht

OR

Did you give your passport TO someone who took it to Jomtien immigration to get the "retirement visa" for you?

IF it was the second choice and you always lived in bangkok but used jomtien to get the retirement extension thru an agency, you can't file a 90 day report in Bangkok, and you need to contact who ever got that visa extension for you.

If you moved your address and registered it at the Bangkok Immigration, you should make the 90 day report in Bangkok,

My apologies for the wrong advice

If it's your very first time 90days report, you need to do at the immigration office.
