If I am unable to file my -first- 90 days report online (retirement visa) do I have to go back to the same Immigration Office where I received my visa and file in person or I can do that in any other Immigration Office?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are unable to file your first 90-day report online for a retirement visa, you must visit the Immigration Office in the province where you reside to file in person. You cannot file this first report at any other Immigration Office, as it should be done at the same office where your TM30 is filed.

I'm pretty sure you cannot do your first 90 day online, only after the first one can you go online, and only if your address has not changed.

Will that be would be logical because that's where you got the visa wasn't it?

Or did some random agency get the visa done in a province far far away?

You report to the office of the province that you're staying in. Where your TM30 is filed.

so if I happened to be travelling to another province and the hotel filed a new TM 30 for me i will have to do that in that province? And once I returned home I will then file a new TM 30 I suppose?
