TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion focuses on the process of transferring visa stamps to a new passport after a loss. It's suggested to first report the loss to the police and possibly contact your embassy for an emergency document. The appropriate location for the visa transfer in Bangkok is contingent upon the type of visa you currently hold, with IT Square Laksi being recommended for free entry or covid extensions, while Chaengwattana is advised for tourist or non-immigrant visas.
Oops, I think it's wise to go to the police first ? And maybe go to your Embassy for some kind of emergency passport/paper. I hope you made some copies of your passport/visa/ extension. Always good to have some "talking papers" I guess Or do you have a new passport already ? Good luck !
I hope you mean you were on an "extension of stay" from an NOn-Imm visa because IF you had a visa from a thai consulate in another country (not an extension from inside the country) you lost it ๐
You take the police report and any documentation from the embassy that they replaced a lost passport to the immigration office where you got the extension and they will look up your information and transfer the stamps to the new passport
IF you're on a Non-Imm extension you go to Chaengwattana to get the stamps
go to the same section at Chaengwattana where you went when you got the extension, and stop at the counter on the right just after the security screening when you go in the immigration office doors to get the "transfer stamp to new passport" form you need to fill out ๐
