I have a relative from UK wishing to stay at my home after completing 11 nights quarantine in Bangkok.

My question is there a standard letter I can send him for the Visa / COE stating he will stay at my home for the rest of his duration in Thailand. Thank you kindly in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A relative from the UK wishing to stay in Thailand after quarantine needs to list your home address on the visa application. It's suggested that a formal letter may not be necessary, but it's important to include the relative's name and the duration of their stay. Additionally, as a landlord, you will need to submit a TM30 form upon their arrival.

Anybody knows, my gf is a tenant. Should we ask a landlord to write my name into contract as a second tenant or I can simply type her address in COE website without movement?

I read on the Immigration website

“It is the landlord’s responsibility to submit the TM30 once the guest has arrived”.

I don't think he needs a letter.. Just put down the address..

I flew from UK and put my condo address and didn't have to prove I own it or anything

Plus my gf flew from Philippines and she put same address it was accepted for COE no problem
