TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your 30-day tourist visa exemption in Bangkok, you should go to IT Square Laksi Plaza instead of the main office at Chaeng Wattana. Make sure to visit the 3rd floor where you can find photo and copy services nearby. Required documents include your passport, a recent photo, a return flight ticket, and you will need to fill out the relevant forms on-site. Additionally, ensure to prepare a TM30 form.

TM30 is required here

In Bangkok you DO NOT go to the main office at the gov't center out at Chaengwattana

You go to IT Square Laksi Plaza <- about 3km from the main office ๐Ÿ˜‰

You want the 3rd floor, there are photo/copy places next to it.

This is the location

This is a hand out of what is likely to be needed to get your extension.

, If you are on a Tourist Visa entry that you were stamped for 60 days, you will go to Chaengwattana.

If you entered on VOA, you cannot apply for a tourism extension.

Oh I see, then I think I'm not eligible for this because I am not visa exempt. I guess I still have to go to the main government complex in Changwattana. Thank you!

yes, for Visa Exempt extensions

you do not need a return flight to your country, AND you can go any time, no need to wait until your current stamp is running down because the add the 30 days to your expiration date.
