Hi, I have a type o non immigrant visa which I obtained from jomtien immigration office, my first year I never done any 90 day reporting as I had left Thailand a few times before the 90 days were up,
I have recently renewed my extension of stay for another year and done my first 90 day reporting at the same time ( again in jomtien).
Question is, can I do my 90 day reporting in Bangkok either in person or online, or do I need to do it in jomtien, and if so what documents are required, I have a rental contract and thai bank account.
Thanks for any information.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired whether they could perform their 90-day reporting for a non-immigrant visa in Bangkok instead of Jomtien, considering they had initially filed their TM30 in Jomtien. The comment responses indicated that you can report where your TM30 is filed; thus, if it's in Jomtien, you'd typically report there. However, after completing your first report in person, you can also use the online 90-day reporting system from anywhere in Thailand, using your previous residence address.
