Just a heads up for people going to Samut Prakan Immigration office to file 90day report with just a _screenshot_ of a new TM30 registration(as that’s all you can get -Thailand 4.0 yay!): better bring a copy of your rental contract. They want it. I got the stamp as I still rent my old condo that I’m too scared of COVID (no masks on staff or residents)to go empty and could show that tm30 receipt, but was told I had to bring contact for new house next time.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When filing a 90-day report at the Samut Prakan Immigration office, it's important to bring a copy of your rental contract in addition to a screenshot of your TM30 registration. Although you might be able to use just the TM30 receipt, the immigration staff may request proof of your current residence, especially if it's a new address. Previous experiences indicate that having the lease on hand helps alleviate any potential issues.

My printout was no.3 from the mobile app. A reasonably developed registration system would already have a copy of the lease uploaded, but I assume the paper mill keep people employed.

I guess my Covid-19 haircut (lack of) make me look suspicious 😉

So you took a screen grab of a new TM30 receipt and PRINTED it? Then because it was a new address they wanted to see your rental contract to prove you really are staying at the place you're showing a new TM30 for?

That doesn't seem all that outta line really. Especially if it's a new TM30 (at a new address)

I printed the screen grab, assuming it would suffice as my landlord had provided all additional details when she registered me moving in. Having to guess what the f they want at immigration offices round this country is gonna have me on benzos every time I have to deal with them. Guess I would need to get some f stamps for my contract too, experience from Korat tells me. Edit: it was the landlords power of attorney form that needed tax stamps. Cost me a night extra in Korat as the IO is way out in the sticks

well there are 3 possible TM30 receipts you can get and they look like this

Any one of them should have worked but asking for your lease wouldn't be too out of the ordinary to make sure you really are staying there ;)

what are you talking about "got the stamp"? There is no "stamp" for a 90 day report :/ you just get a half A4 size paper receipt telling you when your next due date is.

well they do stamp the receipt. That was what I was referring to. Sorry to cause any confusion
