TLDR : Answer Summary
As of July 2020, commercial flights to Thailand are expected to resume in December according to the CAAT. Currently, only repatriation flights for inbound travelers are operational. Individuals stuck outside Thailand, such as expats in Brazil, need to obtain a Certificate of Entry (CoE) through their local Thai embassy to facilitate their return. There are additional costs for quarantine upon arrival as well.

You need to pay in advance to get on the list of passengers, 60K I would pay but it's all full up for August. Just have to try again next month I guess.
its actually an interesting way to travel and I have worked on the MOL ships which run regularly from Thailand and they have great cabins and bar area. Something to look at when the world settles. Not for me though as i work on them.
yes, its hard work join group lots of people willing to help most write up guides when they have been accepted. If you havent got insurance try lady called Arawan search for her she handled that well
