When will my tourist visa be stamped if I apply on October 5th and pick it up on October 8th?

If I apply for visa on Friday 5th October at Vientiane, I learn I will need to pick it up on the Monday the 8th as that’s the next work day, do you know if I will be stamped from the 5th or the 8th, this is for a 1 entry tourist visa, thank you in advance

As above, valid for 3 months. Your 60 days will not start until it is stamped when you go through immigration.
