TLDR : Answer Summary
You can apply for a single entry tourist visa for Thailand from the UK up to three months before your planned travel date. The visa is valid for three months from its issue date, allowing you to enter Thailand and receive a 60-day stamp upon entry.

single entry tourist visa is valid for three months from issued by the Thai embassy. this means you have 3 months to use that visa to enter Thailand to be stamped in for 60 days upon your entry. So calculate three months before your planed travel. that’s is the earliest you can apply.
