TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a second year marriage visa in Thailand, you need to show a minimum of 400,000 THB in your bank account for at least two months before your application. This amount can include funds from both your and your spouse's accounts. It's advisable to confirm specifics with your immigration officer (IO), as the requirements are generally similar to those for the first year.

The 400k can be a combination of your wife and your accounts if its not all in one account, as people mentioned must be there for 2 months before your application.
