Non Immigration O 1 year Multi Visa advice.

I arrived in March and the above first 90days are due to expire on June 1st. If I want to apply for the 60day family extension at immigration when is the earliest and latest I can go. It's Chiang Mai immigration if that makes a difference.

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can apply for a 60-day family extension at Chiang Mai immigration 45 days before your current visa stamp expires. Since your 90-day stamp expires on June 1st, the earliest you could have applied was on April 17th. You can only apply up until the expiry date, which is June 1st in your case.

The last day you can apply for extension is the day your current stamp is expired, 1st June in your case

If your 90 day entry stamp expires on June 1st you're a LONG WAY off from needing to worry about when you can apply for a 60 day visit family extension :O There's a good chance that the borders will be open by the time the stamp you have comes up and you can bounce out and back to get a NEW 90 day entry stamp.

I'd say sit tight, wait it out and see what's what closer to your stamp expiring.

BUT if you wanted to know the SOONEST you could apply for the 60 day visit thai family extension in Chiang Mai with an entry stamp that expires on June 1st it would have been last Friday the 17th of April (45 days before your current stamp expires)

Chiang Mai will let you apply for an extension when you have 45 days or less left on your current entry stamp.
