TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a 60-day extension on your Non-O family visa, you can do so on the day your current visa's permitted stay expires. The last day to apply for any extension is indeed the expiration date indicated on your visa stamp.

Learn to read/understand posts people. :/

The O/P was NOT asking the earliest they could apply for an extension :(

The O/P is asking (in a not all that clear of a way) what is the LAST day (minimum time) they can apply for the 60 day family extension
@El***
was correct with her answer. The last day you can apply for ANY extension is the date the current stamp in your passport runs out.

Don't know what you mean by "minimum"..

You can apply for an extension on the day your current extension is expires, means the day on the stamp of "permitted/admitted to stay until".
