Hi Admins. I entered on a 90 day Non O (based on Thai child) in March and is due to expire on 17 June.
I would like to plan for a 60 days extension at my local immigration office. Do I do it before my expiry or can I do it before 31st July?
Thank you in advance.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about extending their 90-day Non-O visa, which is expiring on June 17. They asked if they could apply for a 60-day extension before the expiry or until July 31. Responses advised that the extension application must be submitted before the current visa expires, and it can be done within the last 30 days of the visa validity.
