Hi Admins. I entered on a 90 day Non O (based on Thai child) in March and is due to expire on 17 June.

I would like to plan for a 60 days extension at my local immigration office. Do I do it before my expiry or can I do it before 31st July?

Thank you in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about extending their 90-day Non-O visa, which is expiring on June 17. They asked if they could apply for a 60-day extension before the expiry or until July 31. Responses advised that the extension application must be submitted before the current visa expires, and it can be done within the last 30 days of the visa validity.

If you like to apply for an Extension of your legal stay at the moment you must do this before this stay ends.

You can apply at most of the Immigration offices during the last 30 days and it will be added on your current stay

Meet with your local immigration office to obtain the visa/extension requirements.

Ask them if you can obtain the 60 day Family Visit Extension at the end of the July 31 amnesty.

If not then do it when your current stay date ends.
