I arrived in Thailand with a normal tourist visa of one month on the 15 of December (Sha procedure) and then I asked for an extension, valid till the 12 of February. Now my question is: can I ask a second extention? I have a French and a Italian passport.
Thank you so much for helping me!!!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the possibility of obtaining a second extension on their tourist visa in Thailand after already receiving one extension. According to comments, a tourist visa typically allows for only one extension of 30 days, and while they can check for eligibility for a COVID-related extension, buying property does not influence their visa status.
when your current stamp is getting close to running out (12 Feb) you go to your immigration office and see if you can apply for a 60 day covid extension. They either will let you do it or they won't.
Sadly, there is no "I need more time for xxx" reason to ask for an extension. π

I need some more time in order to buy a little apartment...
buying property does nothing with your tourism extension.

I think that the only way would be to go directly to the immigration office, as they never reply on the phone.. It will be a hard fight as they are rather rudes!!
