Hello quick question about the 90 day report. Came in on a 60 day exemption, just converted to a 90 day non o visa at chaeng wattana on Friday. Entered Thailand about 85 days ago. From my past experiences they do the 90 days along with the issuing of the visa, but last Friday was the earthquake day. Not sure if I still need to do it or only need to start doing the 90 day report 90 days after the first visa is issued.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the 90-day reporting requirement after converting to a 90-day Non-O visa. They entered Thailand on a 60-day exemption, and have concerns about when the 90-day reporting period begins, especially since they received the visa on an earthquake day.

You're mixed up a bit on how it works for 90 day reporting. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

You have to be on the SAME entry/visa/extension for 90 days to begin the reporting cycle

IF you just got the 90 day Non-O visa issued you haven't been in country on that visa long enough to do a 90 day report..

When you apply for the year extension (at C/W you can do it when you have 45 days or less left on your current stamp) they will put a paper in your passport that tells you when your FIRST 90 day report is due

The paper will look like this
