Hello, I just got my 11 months stamped for my non-o visa after the 1 month consideration in Chiang Mai. 90 days report will be in April and has to be done in person. My question:
Does the 90 days report has to be done in Chiang Mai or at any immigration office in Thailand (my tm30 will be in Chiang Mai). I asked a few people who work at the immigration and some said everywhere in Thailand and some only in Chiang Mai so I wanna ask this group in case someone has experience for this case.
Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
You must conduct your 90-day report in person at the immigration office in Chiang Mai since that is where your TM30 address registration is filed. However, you can file your report online from anywhere in Thailand, as long as it is within the specified time frame.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Service to get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
As soon as you check in to a hotel that does things legally, you will instantly have a new TM30 on file in whatever province that is.
You can then ask for a print out of the TM30 from reception, and bring it to the local immigration office for your 90 day report.
If you have a TM30 on file that is different from your home province you wonβt be able to do your 90 day report online using your home address, but i am not sure about that.
James ********
If your TM 30 address registration is in Chiang Mai, then the 90 day report needs to be done in Chiang Mai if you are doing it in person.
However it can be filed on-line from anywhere in Thailand. 15 days bag before and up to 7 days after the 90 day due date.
