TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day report for those on a marriage extension visa must be done at the Immigration Office in the area where you reside. Reporting from a different location may not be acceptable.

It's the same for extensions of stays too, you get them at the immigration office that serves the area where you live, you cannot pick and choose what office to get your extension at

Have just read the Immigration Act re 90 Day Reports and unfortunately all must report to the closest office to their place of abode..Thanks Tod as I will have to bear that in mind when away on holidays in July...

OK do if we happen to be in another province around 90 day check time we have to go back to our home Immigration Office...As they are reported on computers it seems strange one can't do it at any Immigration Office...no problem, what will be will be.

@Co***
, you get a new extension of stay at the immigration office that serves the area where you live.

You can't bounce around or pick and choose what office you go to. :(

as a rule NO, you must do your 90 day report at the immigration office where you got your extension.

Sometimes (as in rarely) another office will let you do it IF you prove to them why you need to do it. BUT most will send you back to the office of your extension to do it.
