Can I use a Visa on Arrival after entering Thailand with an approved TR visa?

ORIGINAL POSTER
I have an approved TR visa sticker in my passport. Valid until September 15.

I plan to arrive in Thailand for a short 2 week visit. Leave for 1 week. Then, re-enter and stay for 60 days.

So, can I receive a VOA stamp and 'save' this official TR visa and use it upon my later entry or will the immigration officer 100% for sure use my TR visa on my first entry?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has an approved TR visa valid until September 15 and has a plan to stay in Thailand for a short visit. They are inquiring if they can use a Visa on Arrival (VOA) for a later entry, or if the immigration officer will require them to use their TR visa during their initial entry.
