TLDR : Answer Summary
Uncertainty exists regarding the specific medical certificate required at the Savannakhet Thai embassy for a Non-O visa application. There are indications that the certificate must be issued from Thailand, but further details such as whether it should be from a clinic are unclear. It's recommended for applicants, especially those applying based on marriage, to contact the consulate directly for accurate information.

I don't think anyone even GOT one yet. The latest was it has to be FROM thailand, but no word on if it can come from a clinic or what.
I'd say IF you're going there to get a Non-O based on marriage to a thai have your thai wife CALL the consulate and ask them. They're good with questions.
