ORIGINAL POSTER
I have tried to contact Thailandpass through phones and email but they don’t work at all. I need their approve for my Thailand Pass 7 days quarantine and fly out on 30.12.21 and reach Bangkok on 31.12. My application has been 3 days and the status is in reviewing. Is there another way to get in touch to them? 🥺

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing difficulties in contacting Thailand Pass for their quarantine approval, which has been under review for three days. Various community members suggest alternative contact methods, including reaching out via LINE, email, and phone numbers provided. Some emphasize the challenges others have faced with contacting them, and one warns about the need for earlier applications.

Except for those of us who went the BKK route with a nice inexpensive flight arriving on New Years eve and a Test & Go Package and all our ducks are in a row ... but didn't apply for the Thai pass in time :)

Thanks Wayne. I know that. So how do you get into Bangkok now? The op is saying they are doing 7 days quarantine in Bangkok. I thought that was only sandbox in Phuket?

if you land in Bangkok then it’s 7 days ASQ , if you fly to Phuket it’s 7 day sandbox and only confined to your hotel room until you get your neg result from the arrival PCR
