I had mine within 12 hours, it helps to speed up the process if you crop and upload the QR codes in JPEG. format as the the computer their end can process much quicker automated process, any thing that has to be checked manually in Thailand doesnt move fast

I may be wrong here guys but this may reassure someone. I follow several sites concerned with visas/Thai pass and have yet to hear of anyone missing a flight because they haven't received their Thaipass.

It's okay you will receive it on the 7th date. If don't see it on the 8th, reapplied with the vaccine QR code uploaded (below the vaccine certificate). I did everything perfectly but still got mine just yesterday (exactly 7 days). And i fly on 8th Dec. Call to urgent service numbers & send email didn't help in my case though 😂😂

I sent an email to the address provided as it has been 9 working days, received a prompt response following day with my Thai pass, included my registration number, name, and passport number in email…

Start yelling on the numbers that the Thai government has added for people to call if they are having trouble with the system. There are agents out there who can help.

If you upload the QR codes from your Vaccine certificate you will get it within minutes. I cropped mine from the pdf file and saved them as JPEG.

yes at the end you can upload PDF’s just to be sure but the QR codes are essential.
