I have applied for my LTR(P) visa through thaievisa. go. th to be issued by the Thai Consulate in Munich, Germany. I have the approval letter from BOI. The application now says additional document is requested but I have no idea which one and I have not been able to reach anybody and they don't respond to emails.
Does anybody here know how to provide additional documents? I can't upload anything anymore after I made the payment.
If anybody has experience maybe even with the folks in Munich please advise.
UPDATE:
Apparently there was a glitch in the thaievisa email system. The folks at the consulate were aware the email didn't go through but didn't know how to fix it. They tried to call me ONCE. I missed that call and that was it.
Eventually I decided to involve a visa agent (Thai national based in Munich, highly recommended). She seems to have a direct line to the consulate and sent them the missing document (they needed proof of residence).
I received my visa today (by email, go figure).

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user applied for an LTR(P) visa through thaievisa.go.th and received a notification for additional document submission after making the payment. Unable to contact the consulate in Munich and facing challenges due to a glitch in the email system, the user sought help from a visa agent who successfully submitted the required documents, leading to visa approval.
LONG TERM RESIDENT (LTR) VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
thanks everyone. sorry if I was not clear in my post but it is not about LTR only. It could have happened with any visa.
I applied with through thaievisa with what I though was a complete set of. documents. two days after submitting and paying the fee I saw a notification on thaievisa requesting for additional documents. no email, nothing. just a missed call once and that's a week ago.
i am afraid it is not an ltr ! The fee for the ltr visa has to be paid when you have made an appointment to pick up the visa. After submitting the required documents it takes quite some time to get approval. Then you make an appointment to pick up the visa and you have to have done the payment before going to have stamped the visa in you. Passport. So paying the fee two days after submitting the documents makes it highly unlikely that you applied for an ltr visa.
I am sorry if my post was confusing. I have the apprval letter for LTR feom BOI. It took almost 3 months. with that letter, passport copy etc etc I applied through the Thaievisa website for the actual visa to be issued by the Consulate in Munich. This is what I chose on my LTR application and I believe I can't change that anymore. I paid the visa fee on the Thaievisa platform (1750 EUR which is significantly more than the 50kTHB you pay if you pick it up at the visa centre on BKK)
