Thaievisa question

I have applied for my LTR(P) visa through thaievisa. go. th to be issued by the Thai Consulate in Munich, Germany. I have the approval letter from BOI. The application now says additional document is requested but I have no idea which one and I have not been able to reach anybody and they don't respond to emails.

Does anybody here know how to provide additional documents? I can't upload anything anymore after I made the payment.

If anybody has experience maybe even with the folks in Munich please advise.

UPDATE:

Apparently there was a glitch in the thaievisa email system. The folks at the consulate were aware the email didn't go through but didn't know how to fix it. They tried to call me ONCE. I missed that call and that was it.

Eventually I decided to involve a visa agent (Thai national based in Munich, highly recommended). She seems to have a direct line to the consulate and sent them the missing document (they needed proof of residence).

I received my visa today (by email, go figure).

hi there, getting a little nervous, I will be flying from china, submitted my COE application via my agent in Bangkok, my flight leaves this coming Monday, still no news of my COE. The agent has no news either, what should I do? has anyone experience their COE not arriving on time?
