What should I write as the reason for a 60-day extension during COVID-19 on the TM7 form in Thailand?

Sorry for the basic question.

Applying for 60 day extension - unable to travel during Covid tomorrow. When filling out the TM7 form, what is it suggested to write under "reason (s) for extension"?

Do we need to indicate that we are completely unable to leave the country, or should we write: don't wish to travel during a pandemic, feel safer staying here until cases drop etc? 

I'm assuming above this under "I wish to apply for an extension of stay in the kingdom for another period of ........... days" we just fill in 60 and they know it's the covid extension I'm applying for? There's no where to indicate that's what I'm asking for (though it would be my only option, anyway).

just leave the reason blank and put 60 days. They don't care at all.

Keep in mind that covid extensions are totally at the discretion of the immigration office/officer you're dealing with, they are not automatic.

Thanks, I've left a week on my visa to get my ducks in a row and leave if they do deny it, hopefully that doesn't happen though

they are handing them out pretty easily but every once in a while at some offices you'll get an officer that is less than cordial, Good luck with it (y)
