When applying for this covid visa extention… what reason do you put down for having to stay because of covid? 🤞🏼

When I last went to do my 30 day visa I read the covid form and wouldn’t be sure what to tick. Can’t remember the options but maybe somebody that’s done it will know what to tick

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a COVID visa extension in Thailand, you can mention reasons such as fear of catching COVID while traveling, inability to travel due to worldwide contamination, or simply a preference to stay in Thailand. Many users have suggested various options on how to articulate your reason on the visa application form.

There's a box that says something along the lines of "my embassy doesn't provide evidence of inability to travel" used it twice, no issue.

I always wrote something like “I am scared of catching COVID traveling and feel safer not getting on a plane at the moment”. It has truth to the statement.

The truth never hurts. But you might write down you are unable to travel due to covid contaminations world wide, or just I like to stay inside Thailand.
