I just got another 60 day unable to travel due to COVID-19 extension at CW (TR-60, counter J) which is probably the last one as the staff explained to me that now that the country is beginning to open up again, there shouldn't be any more extension of this kind.

This time I was asked to provide either a letter from my embassy detailing why I am unable to travel or a copy of the flight itinerary back home. I had neither so I was given a chance to submit it without having to redoing everything if it could be done by noon, which I fortunately was able to produce the latter in time.

Other things that were required/checked were TM30 and 90 day report receipt.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared their experience obtaining a 60-day visa extension in Thailand due to COVID-19 restrictions. The extension involved providing a flight itinerary or embassy letter explaining the inability to travel, along with checks for TM30 and 90-day reporting. The user mentioned that while there were specific requirements, they were able to select a travel date before the new extension's expiration. Comments from others inquired about the details of the submitted travel itinerary and whether a return ticket to their home country was necessary.

did you had to provide a return ticket to your home country, or just any ticket to another country (just to prove that you are leaving Thailand)?

@Jannik *****
They didn't say anything about that at all so I'm guessing it doesn't matter to them.

Towards the end of my next extension but you can also choose any date as long as it's no later than that.

Hi, what was the date/timeframe of the flight that you were able to submit? Was it for a recent flight or one dated towards the end of your next extension?

Hi, did they properly checked the itinery flight or you just provided them a screen shot payment?

They asked specifically for an itinerary, not just a receipt.

Also I forgot to mention that I printed out the full itinerary with exact times and dates of all the flights which also had a receipt with total cost and payment method listed on it.

The staff told me to pick any date no later than 24 JAN (exactly 60 days after (at the time) current extension would expire) as that would be the expiry date of the new extension if approved.

What was the travel date on the flight itinerary that you produced to the officer? Is there any specific requirement?

24 JAN 2022. The requirement (at least for me) is to not exceed the permitted date of the extension you're applying for.
