What type of visa should I select for my TM-7 extension application based on previous marriage justification, and how many days should I request for a leap year extension?

Hello folks ... I am preparing my TM-7 to apply for an extension of my visa and have two questions:

1) I'm not exactly sure what to put in the type of visa field ... my past three extensions used a marriage justification but I don't think it is truly called a marriage visa. Can you advise on the proper visa type?

2) 2020 is a leap year so do I request a 365 or 366 day extension? (Aug. to Aug.)

Thank you very much in advance ...

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user wants to know the appropriate visa type to indicate on their TM-7 extension application based on having previously used a marriage justification, and whether to request a 365 or 366-day extension for a leap year.
