hi everyone, i have two questions

1. could i apply for a work permit having a NON O visa based on marriage with my husband who works here.

2. If my husband works for his own company I am the wife with NON O visa following his visa. would I be "tolerated" if I worked with him without a work permit?

Thanks in advance...

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the possibility of obtaining a work permit while holding a NON-O visa based on marriage and whether they could work without a permit if their husband owns a company. Responses clarified that it is not possible to get a work permit under a NON-O visa as a spouse, and working without a permit is not permissible.
