Because you can buy TrueMoney codes in app to pay for domestic IPTV on the Thai pirate apps..
It gives easy ways to top up mobile accounts etc for people without local banks.

The format of the number shown above is that of a Thai ID number which is why it’s not accepting your passport number even though it’s saying passport so it’s a technical issue. You need to contact the support or call them 1240 from a Thai number and explain to them you’re stuck on this page and it’s not allowing because the format required is that of a Thai citizen so it won’t accept. They can reset your account but you’d just have to register again. It might be that the Thai number you’re using could be linked to a previous owner which was Thai in turn that’s why they asking for a 13 digit number as seen in your picture. That format is of a Thai ID

I had similar issue. The app did not scan the number of passport correctly. Ask the support to verify it

You can get your true money approved with your visa stemps by sending the required documents
I use the app with a Student visa and can pay with scan etc.
Or do you try something else? Coz some options are locked for me and non Thai Citizens

you need to have a Thai passport, Thai ID-card or at least a foreigner pink ID-card. Sorry, this is not for you. Keep withdrawing cash at the ATM

nope. Plenty of foreigners I know including myself, friends and family members have the full advanced level True Money/True Wallet account including full access to Promptpay, without having any Thai ID or Thai passport. You just need a qualifying long stay visa.Andreas *********

I think you are confusing something. You can get the TRUE prepaid cash account on a tourist visa, but you can't get what the OP describedAnonymous *************

Its the ID number used to create the account. If there is a problem. Go to settings find help, there is a chat service there, they are helpful
