I never could get it to work until I applied witha Thai DL. Always got rejected with my passport and don't know why.

I placed my DTV approval printed visa, side by side my passport latest entry stamp and took picture. In the category, select the one that says something like non immig, non worker.

What documents are you using? In my case, I submitted my DTV printed PDF, and the passport page showing my latest entry. It was approved easily, for an "advanced account".
Note it must be a photo of printed documents. Photos of digital/screen documents won't be accepted (it was written somewhere).

Tried with DTV visa alongside my passport got rejected over 3 times, i went to true shop for a advice their advice didn’t work either, waited until I obtained a driving license, uploaded that got approved within 2 hours. However True money is not like what it sounds like i barely use it , been living in Thailand for over a year now.

Actually, reading comments, I think I used my Thai driving license, or both. I think passport initially then Thai driver license to access more feature

True shops don't approve you for True Money. It's an unrelated payment service run by the financial arm of the parent company. True shops are just for handling mobile and internet services. The most they will do is call True Money customer service for you and put you on the phone with them, same as if you called them directly.Claire ********
