Please point me in direction of another post if these questions are answered there!!

I have registered and got a login for the TM30. My current Airbnb address is in there. I am here with my partner. Do I now fill in the boxes headed PASSPORT etc. for both of us??

I move into a 3 month condo tomorrow. How do I update my new address, please? I cannot see any English and my Airbnb address won't allow editing.

Do I have to submit for a new login under a new address?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 system requires each address to have a separate account, meaning you cannot update your existing TM30 registration to reflect a new address. If you move to a new location, such as a condo after staying at an Airbnb, you must create a new TM30 registration using the new address. Your current registration cannot be edited, and the landlord is responsible for registering you at the new address within the required timeframe.

i asked nicely, but did not get an answer, than time to go check your profile myself. You rent an room in Chang Mai, yes there where Immigration is open 7 days a week to do address registrations,. Your landlady had to report on Sunday, but did not report, Monday did not report again as you thought it is closed and on Tuesday got fined for reporting late. Fine is for not reporting on Sunday and Monday not as you may think Friday and Saturday. It is not weird, if you are so nice to give all the details.

Wierd is... arrived Friday. We had 2 nights in a hotel. Friday and Saturday. Hotel reported to immigration. Moved in to Airbnb on sunday. I told Airbnb landlady I needed tm30 for long term. She registered us. In person From Sunday. But cos we arrived in Thailand on Friday. She got fined. No joined up thinking. Are the tm30s going on a database that can be searched and linked somehow? Or disappearing into the ether?

No. We arrived at Airbnb on Sunday. She reported on Tuesday I think. But I guess since she had our entry card from Friday, it looked like she was late. Even though she was not responsible for us til Sunday. What I'm saying is, shouldn't immigration have been able to look on the database and see a hotel had reported on Friday? I think it was Airbnb ladys first time doing this. Hence maybe why she didnt question the fine.

That doesn't make sense to me. The law is clear, the owner must register no later than 24 hours after arriving at the property.

You used the app and the landlady visit immigration office and got fined on a Sunday?

that is crazy that they'd give you a user name and password for renting a place on Airbnb.:O

That's exactly the thing they said they WOULDN'T do at the meeting immigrations had with people a couple weeks ago.

Be that as it may you're gonna have to make a NEW profile using the new address, and go thru the same process THEN you can register yourself there.

So you applied online to use the TM30 portal, uploaded the documents, got a "confirm this email" email, confirmed it, got an approval with a user name and temporary password? Then went into the system and changed the password right?

Each account is specific for the address you applied for it at There is NO way to edit the address.

You need to make a NEW account for the condo you're going to move in to ,

You cannot change the address on the TM30

you use the on line system to add all the foreigners living at that address. You can not update the address as the program is based on one log in with password for 1 address
