My landlord has an incorrect house number for my TM30. He uses the address of one apartment building for a second one. I asked him to change it, but he seems to be reluctant, saying that it's complicated and takes a long time.

* What is the process of adding a new address to the TM30 system? Is it complicated, and how long does it take?

* Could having a different house number in my TM30 cause me issues for applying for a visa, or other things like that?

Suggest that you ask your Thai immigration office this question.

They might ALLOW you to self file a TM30.

Or tell you how to get the address correct...if it's in error.

It's possible that the property owner does not want to have their rental property recorded.... as it might mean they will have to pay income tax on their rental income.
