What should I do if my registration for a visa in Thailand shows successful but I haven't received my login details?

Hi all! Any members here experienced this one? It seems more than a week already the last time I check the status of my registration and when I check it today it says "Your Registration was successful". I hurriedly check my email both inbox and spam but no username and password found. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I got that response 7 days after I registered. That was last Saturday, still no E mail. I have to go to immigration for a 90 day report next Friday, do if I haven't got anything by then hopefully they can straighten things out.
