What should I do if the Morchana app says my Thailand Pass information is wrong?
Please help,
I tried to register with the morchana app and I scanned the QR code and it repeatedly tells me Thailandpass information wrong.
I tried to enter all the data manually and get the same?
Is it possible my Thailandpass has been revived?

Are you in Thailand yet? Only works when you are here. I had the same problem when I tried to do this at home

If you have multiple approved Thailand Pass try the other one if so One guy said scan QR click edit don't update just save and try to submit. Took me ages to not really an concern.

yes o did print the approved Thailandpass and have it with all the other papers in in a folder to take care ith me. And I have it downloaded on my phone.James ********

yes I did. I got the QR code and all. But trying to register with morchana it alway shows me an error message: Thailandpass information invalid!!Оливер *********

yes, I just checked the email again. I downloaded it few days ago and printed it out.Now, I tried to scan the QR code in the morchana app and it said wrong Thailandpass information. And o tried to enter it manually.
I'm freaking out! In 5 hrs I got to get to the airport!
