ORIGINAL POSTERHas anyone experienced getting a visa in Hanoi recently? (or through any other embassy / consulate that requires an "appointment" to be booked online).
I'm slightly confused by the following instructions:

*Applicants are advised to submit their applications at least 2 weeks before travel time.*
*ONLY complete visa applications will be accepted.*
*2. Visa Processing Time:*
*Upon receiving the application, it takes 1-3 working days to get a visa stamp.*
