Appointment made for a 60 day tourist visa but didn’t receive any email confirmation or sms... though I’m able to find the appointment on the website.

- Did something like this happened to you guys?

- Which immigration bureau do you go? MTT or Changwattana?

- To anyone who got the stamp in Bangkok :

Any update on the required documents?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user reported making an appointment for a 60-day tourist visa but did not receive an email or SMS confirmation, although they could still find the appointment on the relevant website. Several commenters provided advice, suggesting checking spam folders for confirmation emails and ensuring correct usage of the appointment system.

This booking system sends confirmation emails back to you using this email address "
*********************
" <- it usually gets caught in your spam, junk mail folder or filter check for it

If you can't find the confirmation, take a screen shot of the appointment and use that

I'm confused:

>Appointment made for a 60 day tourist visa

I'm assuming you made the appointment using this website, correct?

If you did, there is no option for a "60 day tourist visa" (see attached for the options)

For the immigration office, which visa did you use to enter on?

And are you getting the 60 day extension based on this post here?

Visa used : 60 day TR - at Kuala Lumpur

Booked « Extension by Tourist Visa issued by Thai Embassy or Consulate » on the website you mentioned

Also, yes 60 day visa extension based on the Covid situation.

I see what your asking, :O

For people on 30 day visa exempt or 60 day tourist visa entries you pick counter J and you go to Muang Thong Thani .
