What should I do if I haven't received a response for my Thai visa application submitted through the Paris consulate?

Hi everyone! I submitted online application (Senegalese passport, French resident so Paris consulate comes into play) on 27th of October and still haven't heard back - neither rejection or approval. I'm starting to be getting worried and wonder what I can do as the trip is planned to start 2.12... Calling the consulate didn't help at all.

what visa did you apply for? What did the Embassy advise on its website for the turnaround time for such a Visa?

according to the website (I applied at the official govt website) Senegalese passport holder can apply for tourist evisa and that's what I went for (easy enough, right?). Internet is saying the processing time is normally up to 10 working days so am starting to worry now...

the Paris embassy is known for taking almost one month to process E-visa applications. And it is the beginning of the high season. There is nothing you can do. This is what their website says: "Le délai depuis la soumission de votre dossier jusqu’à l’autorisation (ou refus) est de 3 – 4 semaines." . . . . 3 to 4 weeks!
