Hi first of all thank you guys so much for all the guidance, advice and help...this group is amazing.
Now to my confusing situation.
I applied for a dependent DTV Visa in Frankfurt, Germany early October, on the 6th of October they asked for more documents which I sent, then on the 14.10 I received the good news that my visa is approved!!! It was amazing and we bought our flight tickets the same day.
3 days later my status all the sudden changed from approved to request interview. Then I received an email on the 16.10 for an interview on the 20.10 at 10 am.
I went there yesterday, they were very friendly and kind, i greeted them in Thai, they laughed and were impressed with my pronunciation xD they asked me a lot of questions and I was quite nervous....
I brought up the situation with the approved visa and they told me, it's a glitch and if they grant me a visa, I will get a new one.
My status has not changed since the 16.10, also not after my interview, which is a bit concerning for me :(
Our flight is in 8 days.
My husband DTV Gott approved in less than a week.
Am I being paranoid? Should I reapply for a DTV or at least a tourist visa so I can fly to Bangkok on the 29....?
Our flights are non refundable, we also have a dog :( I'm so frustrated, worried and confused :(

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user applied for a dependent DTV Visa, experienced initial approval, but then saw a status change requiring an interview. After a successful interview, the status has not changed, creating anxiety about an upcoming flight. Community members suggest options such as flying visa exempt and doing a border run or contacting the visa office to explain the urgency of the situation.
Contact them and briefly tell the circumstances, you got approved then bought a ticket for day X, then we're called in for an interview, and you only have X days before your flight.
Anonymous participant Relax, you have options including checking your status the minute you walk up to immigration in Bangkok, failing that get a visa exempt entry stamp on arrival and wait a bit longer.
