I applied for the DTV from the Royal Thai Embassy in Canberra, Australia (where we are currently travelling). I applied on 27 August, sent further information on 30 August, and have heard nothing since.
My issue is that I don't want to apply for the dependent visas for my husband and kids until mine is approved, but as we are travelling, my husband's postal address (proof of address is a requirement of the DTV in Canberra) is now different from what mine was when I applied (I had my bank send me a new card at the apartment we were rentingโand we left that place yesterday).
Do you think this will be an issue? If needed, can I apply for dependent visas from a different country than where the main visa was issued? Thanks in advance.
