I have applied for Softpower DTV. Nothing happens since 06.08. I have a flight to Thailand on the 13th because I have to go to the clinic. I'm worried that it won't work anymore. Can I enter the country if it is still outstanding? My husband and daughter also need the DTV. Any ideas?

There are about 3 weeks till September 13th, so it still might be in time, but probably to late for dependant visa for wife and children.

You might consider applying for wife and childeren in a SE Asia country nearby Thailand.

Stay in the country where you applied for the DTV visa until you have a decision.

Stay where you are. As mentioned, they can ask for proves you have remained in the country of application. If not, you could be denied. Your husband and child will need to wait first for your DTV's confirmation anyway.

One person just posted about it. Got caught in Thailand when the application was still under review.

You should stay until your visa is approved as you can be asked for an interview or further evidence of your current location. Where did you apply?

SilverHedgehog152 Yes it's possible to enter 60+30 days instead of DTV but you best wait. You have time to get approved though. You can get you visa then move to Thailand your husband and children can get from nearby Thailand.
