What should I do if my DTV interview in Vientiane has been cancelled and I can't find a way to reschedule?

I applied for DTV in Vientiane and got interview date about two weeks ago for June 5th. I have just received an email a few minutes ago saying the interview has been cancelled and to reschedule without any information. The Evisa portal has changed back from “request for interview” to “pending approval.” Has anyone experienced the same thing? There’s no option to reschedule that I can find in the portal or on the email.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user reported that their DTV interview scheduled for June 5th in Vientiane was cancelled without prior notice, and they found the eVisa portal reverted from "request for interview" to "pending approval." They seek advice on how to proceed given that there's no option to reschedule. Community members suggested checking for further communications, visiting the consulate directly to inquire about the reschedule, and carrying payment proof and original documents to facilitate inquiries.

Take a copy the payment QR code with you and all your documents and the original interview email and try to get past security with either the QR code or the original interview email. Then go towards the payment window but head into the consulate side doors and go to the counter.

What are you concerned about..pending approval, is usually a positive sign gor approval within a few days. Stay patient

Why don't you go to the counter in the consulate where you paid the 10,000 baht and politely ask when they plan to interview you ?
