Hello,

Someone has apply in India? Foreigners can apply? The lady who answer the phone of the embassy of Thailand in Delhi told me that the answer this depends of the consular.

Any advices or similar cases?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about applying for a Thai DTV (Digital Visa) while in India, specifically if foreigners can apply at the Thai embassy in New Delhi. They faced issues with payment methods since credit card options were unavailable, leading to bank transfer requirements. Replies from the community confirmed that foreigners can apply and provided guidance on necessary documents and payment procedures. It was advised to confirm with the embassy directly for specifics.

On New Delhi embassy's website it doesn't mention that foreigners cant apply but still it's better to email embassy and confirm. Most likely you should be good to submit your Indian entry stamp, visa copy and hotel booking as proof of legal stay. Once you submit application, you will get a receipt with embassy's bank details. You can go to any "DBS Bank" branch and deposit the fee in cash and then email the deposit slip to embassy.

You can deposit the fee via any DBS bank branch. Approvals are quick in New Delhi.

Not sure if foreigners can apply or not. Write an email to the embassy.
