What should I do if I receive an error message while uploading documents for the COE in Thailand?
Damn i try to upload in COE and receive this error message after the submission...

Try to re-upload the documents just before hitting submit. It worked for me (2nd time).
I think that if you take long break between submit, that can cause the error
