Hi my wife doing her coe to return to Thailand it's not accepting her email for some reason .anybody know the problem n fix ..thanks

Is she typing it in or copy and pasting as sometimes when you paste there is a space at the end. The screen validation might be thinking its an incorrect format. Just a thought as I have had that happen to me
